SKUit
Warehouse management software for 3PLs. Built in-house at Supply Chain Warehouses, where I'm a co-founder — simple, scanner-driven, and made for facilities still on pen-and-paper or clunky on-prem WMSs.

The problem
Most 3PLs we ran into were still on pen-and-paper, spreadsheets, or some legacy on-prem WMS that hadn't been updated in years. The modern, cloud-based options either skipped past their size or priced them out. So they kept eating the cost — slower picks, lost SKUs, miscounts at receiving — because the alternatives were worse than the problem.
The approach
We built SKUit in-house — partly to run our own warehouses, partly with the ambition to license it to other 3PLs in the same spot. Everything got designed around the scanner. The system generates barcodes for anything that needs one — pallets, bins, SKUs, locations — and double-scanning any of them jumps straight to that thing's detail page in the app. The whole product is built around mapping the physical world to the digital one as directly as possible.
The outcome
SKUit has been in production for ~7 years. Today it runs 5+ facilities across 3 markets, with 50+ floor workers and managers using it daily. One of SCW's clients is now in conversations to license it for their facilities in Mexico — potentially the first external customer for the original licensing ambition.
