All three are flavors of the same thing: senior engineering help, with the level of involvement that fits where you are.

For founders going zero-to-one without a CTO. I help you make the architecture, hiring, and “what to build next” calls — and sometimes I build the first version myself.

Engagement: Ongoing, 1–2 days/week. Retainer-based; equity possible.

Hands-on engineering

When you need a senior engineer for a sprint, a feature, or a thorny problem. I show up, ship the work, and hand it back clean.

Engagement: Project-based or hourly. Usually 4–12 weeks.

Through my network

When you need engineering work done affordably. I tap my network of vetted developers and coordinate the work — you get a single point of contact (me) and the right people for the job, at rates below an agency.

Engagement: Hourly or fixed-bid. I stay involved as the technical lead.
